This year’s environmental education programme came to an end with a jaunt to the river
The “Treasures of our Lakes” exhibition is on the road in the Transboundary Prespa Park
The mobile exhibition about fish and fisheries in Prespa began its transboundary travels starting off at the Saraj Cultural Centre in FYR of Macedonia and the two largest secondary schools in the city of Korcë, Themistokli Germenji and Raqi Qerenxhi, in Albania.
All generations learn all about fish!
With the occasion of the World Environment Day, during the last weekend of May the mobile exhibition “The treasures of our lakes” moved to the Environmental Park of Kastoria and more specifically to Kastoria’s Environmental Education Centre.

As part of the programme Life+ Information & Communication (2010-2013): “Fish, Fisheries and European Policy in the Prespa Basin,” the biologist and nature photographer Andrea Bonetti photographed 12 of the 23 fish species known to live in the Prespa lakes.
